May lead small projects or technical workstreams with manageable scope, risk, and resource requirements.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong hands-on experience developing and supporting Java-based applications.\nExperience building and maintaining Java services, APIs, and system-to-system integrations.\nExperience with Kafka and/or MQ, or comparable enterprise messaging platforms, including producing and consuming messages, troubleshooting message-processing failures, and supporting reliable data flow between systems.\nExperience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, debugging, documentation, deployment, and post-production support.\nExperience monitoring application and integration performance; investigating alerts, failures, and production incidents; and supporting issue resolution.\nAbility to analyze existing application logic and business processes and develop effective technical solutions.\nExperience working in an Agile development environment.\nAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and solve complex technical problems.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to business and technology partners.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nOracle database experience, including Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.\nExperience integrating Java applications with Oracle databases.\nExperience improving application or integration performance, reliability, and operational monitoring.\nExperience leading small development projects, technical workstreams, or mentoring less-experienced developers.\nRecruitment Process\nThroughout your application process, you may be asked to contact us virtuallyor in-person.
