You will work closely with traders, portfolio managers, operations teams, vendors, and engineers to investigate issues, analyze trade flows, improve system reliability, and support business-critical applications in a fast-paced financial environment.\nResponsibilities\nProvide advanced support for trading, OMS, EMS, portfolio management, market data, and post-trade platforms.\nAnalyze and troubleshoot issues across the full trade lifecycle, from order creation and execution through settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.\nPerform root cause analysis for trade breaks, allocation failures, booking issues, reconciliation discrepancies, and data quality concerns.\nTroubleshoot applications, APIs, FIX connectivity, databases, middleware, market data feeds, and vendor integrations.\nUse SQL to investigate incidents, validate data, perform reconciliations, and support operational reporting.\nMonitor and support integrations involving APIs, messaging platforms, batch processes, and real-time data feeds.\nPartner with market data providers and vendors to resolve technical and data-related issues.\nReview application code to understand business logic, diagnose defects, and support enhancements.\nDevelop automation, monitoring, and operational tooling to improve platform stability and support effectiveness.\nSupport software releases, regression testing, deployment validation, and platform improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with development, infrastructure, support, and business teams to resolve high-priority incidents.\nAct as a senior escalation point for complex technical and production-related issues.\nYour Profile\n5+ years of experience supporting trading systems, financial technology platforms, or enterprise applications within capital markets environments.\nStrong experience with OMS, EMS, portfolio management, market data, or post-trade systems.\nAdvanced SQL skills, including complex queries, data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.\nExperience reviewing and troubleshooting code written in C#, VB.NET, Java, Python, or similar languages.\nStrong understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle across front-, middle-, and back-office functions.\nKnowledge of financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.\nExperience supporting FIX connectivity and electronic trading workflows.\nProven ability to investigate trade breaks, settlement issues, allocation failures, and cross-system data discrepancies.\nFamiliarity with APIs, distributed systems, messaging platforms, and systems integrations.\nExperience working with market data and reference data providers such as Bloomberg, ICE Data Services, Refinitiv, or similar.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure production environments.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with business users, technical teams, and external vendors.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in buy-side trading environments or electronic trading platforms.\nExposure to market connectivity, exchange integrations, or low-latency systems.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nFamiliarity with Tableau or other reporting and analytics tools.\nExperience with automation, observability tooling, AI-assisted operations, or intelligent monitoring solutions.\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
