You will work closely with other senior engineers and an SRE SME, contributing directly to automation, infrastructure, and production stability.\nThe ideal candidate is technically strong both in SRE principles and DevOps practices, comfortable owning systems end-to-end, and experienced in operating high-availability, transaction-heavy environments.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure\n\nWrite and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines\n\nPerform day-to-day production troubleshooting and performance tuning\n\nImprove monitoring, alerting, and observability\n\nParticipate fully in on-call rotations and production support\n\nOwn assigned services, tools, or reliability initiatives\n\nRespond to production incidents using documented procedures\n\nContribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident actions\n\nImplement fixes and improvements to prevent recurrence\n\nSupport reliability metrics such as SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs\n\nWork closely with fellow SREs, developers, and security teams\n\nExecute work aligned to operational priorities and technical debt reduction\n\nContinuously improve tooling, documentation, and operational processes\n\nAdopt and apply platform standards and best practices\n\nYour Profile\nMinimum 3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering\n\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nAWS cloud platforms\n\nDocker and Kubernetes\n\nTerraform or similar IaC tools\n\nKafka experience (AWS MSK or Confluent)\n\nCI/CD tools\n\nMonitoring and observability tools (Datadog, ELK, Splunk)\n\nPython or Bash scripting\n\nSolid SQL skills and workload analysis experience\n\nExperience supporting production systems and participating in on-call\n\nUnderstanding of distributed systems, networking, and security\n\nNice-to-Have\nExperience in 24/7 or high-transaction production environments\n\nCloud or platform-related certifications\n\nFintech or regulated systems exposure\n\nWork Arrangement\nHybrid: Onsite 4× per month (Makati City)\n\nShift Options: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Manila)\n\nWorkdays: Either Mon - Fri | Tue - Sat\n\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
