This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Broadridge's software products through testing and quality assurance best practices. Working closely with software engineers and cross-functional teams, this role helps deliver high-quality software by identifying defects, validating functionality, and supporting the software development lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and execute manual test cases.\nIdentify, document, and track software defects through resolution.\nCollaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality.\nPerform functional, regression and user acceptance testing.\nDevelop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and testing documentation.\nParticipate in requirements reviews and provide quality assurance recommendations.\nSupport compliance with established quality assurance standards and processes.\nKey Qualifications\n3-5 years experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual Testing)\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with manual software testing.\nFamiliarity with defect tracking systems, preferably Jira.\nUnderstanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) \nExperience testing enterprise software applications.\nTrading experience or willingness to learn\nCompensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $88,000.\nBonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible\nBroadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.\nBenefits Information: Please visit www.broadridgebenefits.com for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings.\nAll Colorado employees receive paid sick leave in compliance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and other legally required benefits, as applicable.
