Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code. Debug and resolve complex technical issues\nTechnical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with architects to design & implement scalable and efficient software solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.\nCode Reviews: Review code submitted by team members to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Offer constructive feedback to enhance code quality\nTesting and Quality Assurance: Write unit tests and participate in the testing process to ensure software reliability. Collaborate with QA engineers to resolve issues and defects\nCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality software products. Participate in requirements analysis and solution design discussions\nPerformance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in applications. Optimize code for speed, scalability, and efficiency\nDocumentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and code documentation.\nQualifications & Skills:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred) with Proven experience of 7+ years in developing IT solutions\nProficient in Python & ReactJS and related technologies is required.\nExperience with GenAI application development including vector stores, RAG solutions, context engineering, prompt engineering, observability is essential\nExperience with Agentic AI development & Java Spring Framework would be advantageous\nUnderstanding of full stack development and architecture patterns.\nExperience with RESTful API development and integration.\nProven track record in developing base frameworks, reusable programs and defining standards.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms AWS and containerization technologies.\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.\nProficiency in database design and SQ and NoSQL databases like Redis, DynamoDB.\nGood understanding of the Agile methodologies and working in Scrum/SAFE practices\nFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.\nExposure to the AI/ML techniques & methodologies is a plus.\nKnowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD) processes.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\nEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nHybrid Flexible at Broadridge\nWe are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
