We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to help shape meaningful shareholder engagement strategies and turn them into seamless client campaigns. As Senior Project Manager, you’ll bring teams together, use data to guide decisions, and build trusted relationships that help clients deliver an outstanding experience.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for creating, tracking and communicating of shareholder engagement strategy to clients\nPartner with service, production and call center to ensure client’s engagement strategy is followed throughout campaign\nResponsible for the oversight of client communication schedule to ensure all deliverables are met\nAttend client meetings and industry conferences to develop relationships, subject matter expertise and foster trust\nListen for opportunities to offer additional products/services to existing clients\nParticipate in the sales process where required, possible local travel\nServe as a sponsor and proxy for the ultimate customer. Deep focus on understanding customer requirements and customer experience\nQualifications:\n3+ years client service and strategy experience\nDeep knowledge of traditional solicitation process and shareholder engagement products\nExperience with the Broadridge’s Shareholder Data Services product a plus\nAbility to travel to client meetings and industry events\nStrong data analysis, comfortable with understanding and translating data analytics\nUnderstanding of corporate issuers and requirements of corporate secretaries\nExcellent internal and external communication skills required ; client service experience a plus\nAbility to operate in evolving environment as process and technology around these products changes with the product growth\nCompensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $85,000.
