Our platform delivers a unified solution across portfolio management, order management, electronic trading, compliance, and risk.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design, development, and maintenance of applications using .NET / .NET Core, C#, and microservices architecture.\nDrive technical decisions and contribute to solution architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.\nLead and mentor a team of backend developers\nBuild and oversee scalable backend services with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and security.\nEnsure robust, maintainable code following OOP principles, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding standards.\nGuide the team in implementing multithreading and asynchronous programming for high-performance modules.\nLead code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure overall code quality.\nMentor, support, and technically guide team members, helping them grow their skills and improve delivery effectiveness.\nCoordinate and actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, Retrospective).\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, architects, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time.\nHelp with task planning, prioritization, workload distribution, and risk management within the team.\nUse tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for delivery tracking and development automation.\nTroubleshoot production issues (including weekend support when required), conduct root-cause analysis, and drive both short-term fixes and long-term improvements.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, drive engineering best practices, and reduce technical debt.\nTake ownership of technical delivery and help ensure alignment between business goals and engineering solutions.\nRequirements\nStrong hands-on proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, C#, MS SQL Server, and T-SQL.\nProven experience in a technical leadership role.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, especially microservices architecture and distributed systems.\nExperience with cloud platforms and containerized environments.\nExcellent knowledge of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns.\nExperience with multithreading, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.\nStrong understanding of modern software engineering practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nHands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.\nAbility to lead by example with a hands-on approach while also coordinating team efforts.\nAbility to drive process improvements and team efficiency initiatives.\nStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.\nComfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities.\nHybrid Flexible at Broadridge\nWe are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
