During the six months of your program, you will have a coach and access to various teams, from the most technical to the most business-oriented.\nLearning Program details:\n6 months paid collaboration\n6/8 hours/day\nPresence in the office is crucial during the learning program\nDaily training at an agreed timeframe\nPermanent contract if successfully passes the first months\nStart Date: March 2027\n Responsibilities:\nReview and prioritize support tickets, resolving issues promptly.\nAnalyze reported issues, conduct root cause analysis, and apply troubleshooting methods.\nCommunicate with users to gather details and ensure clear understanding.\nCollaborate with teams to escalate complex issues and find long-term solutions.\nDocument ticket resolutions to enhance the knowledge base.\nMonitor ticket queues to meet service level agreements (SLAs).\nProvide regular updates to users on ticket status.\nEligibility for the program:\nFluency in English is an absolute must\nGood knowledge of Java, XML, SQL/Oracle -> pass the technical test\nFresh graduates / final year students/ professionals interested in career conversions\nAbility to adapt and work under pressure\nTeam player, positive attitude, willingness to learn and evolve\nAbility to work and perform independently\nRecruitment Process\nThe recruitment process will take place throughout November and December and includes the following stages:\nInitial short discussion\nIn-office presentation of the company, team, and program, followed by an in-office technical test\nTechnical discussion online\nFinal in-office interview with the Hiring Manager \nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
