This role will combine product support, client delivery, programme coordination and cross-functional execution.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with product, technology, operations, marketing, sales, legal, risk and compliance teams to help shape regional requirements, coordinate implementation activity, support client onboarding and contribute to the successful launch of digital asset solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strongCapital Markets backgroundwho is ready to move beyond pure analysis into broader ownership of delivery, stakeholder coordination and product execution. Experience in digital assets is advantageousand preferredbut not essential.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the delivery and rollout of Digital Assets and Tokenizationproducts\n\nCoordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, technology, operations, marketing, sales, legal, risk and compliance to ensure alignment on timelines, priorities and deliverables\n\nPartner with operations teams to support process design, operational readiness and front-to-back implementation considerations\n\nGather and document regional business, client and market requirements to support product development and enhancement decisions\n\nSupport client onboarding and implementation activities, including business readiness, milestone tracking and coordination of go-live requirements\n\nConduct market, competitor and client analysis to support product positioning, business cases, pricing considerations and strategic recommendations\n\nMaintain programme and product governance materials, including status reporting, action tracking, risk and issue logs, and stakeholder updates\n\nWork with marketing and commercial teams to support go-to-market planning, product communication and launch coordination\n\nRequirements\n5-8 years of experience in product management, programme delivery, business analysis, implementation or changewithin Capital Markets\n\nStrong background in one or more of the following: Front Office, settlements, post-trade operations or asset management\n\nGood understanding of Capital Markets products, market infrastructure and front-to-back workflows\n\nExperience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations and client-facing teams\n\nExposure to product development, implementation, client onboarding or launch support activities\n\nExperience with governance, reporting, issue tracking, milestone management and stakeholder coordination\n\nAbility to gather and translate business requirements into clear actions, plans and documentation\n\nStrong analytical, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way\n\nAdvanced skills inExcel and PowerPoint; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence or Power BIpreferred\n\nExperience or strong interest in Digital Assets, Tokenization, DLT or blockchain-related market infrastructureconsidered a plus\n\nHybrid Flexible at Broadridge\nWe are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
