You will play an integral part with ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the voting process. In addition, this position will also be responsible for ensuring that jobs accurately up properly prior to distribution.\nKey Job Functions/Responsibilities\nConduct audit and reconciliation testing of voting processes\nEnsure that jobs are set up correctly (physical and electronic)\nIdentify, report problems and/or issues of potential risk and communicate findings to management\nContinuous interaction and output in a team environment\nVoting and Issuer job details are processed accurately and within defined guidelines.\nMaintain professional working relationships with internal business partners\nWork closely with Manager providing regular status updates and feedback regarding the effectiveness of control’s\nOvertime is required during this contract and whenever required, based on processing volumes\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Skill Level Requirements\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nCollege Diploma in Business Administration is an asset\nExperience:\n1-2 years of hands-on experience in Operation Auditing, Accounting, or Quality Assurance\nExposure and/or knowledge to brokerage, proxy, or financial business operations is preferred.\nSkills:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong attention to detail, thoroughness, and data entry skills\nIntermediate proficiency in Word and Excel\nAbility to work in a cross-functional environment\nBilingual (French/English) is an asset.\nFlexibility to work rotating shifts is required.\nTools:\nWindows environment\nAll necessary advanced technological tools are provided.\nExposure to database systems is an asset.\nRecruitment Process\nThroughout the application process, you will be required to attend interviews in person.
