Broadridge is an American financial technology company spun out of ADP in 2007 that operates much of the invisible infrastructure behind securities markets. It processes shareholder communications and proxy voting for the large majority of United States public company shares, runs post-trade processing and clearance systems for broker-dealers, and sells wealth management, capital markets and communications platforms to banks and asset managers. Headquartered in New York and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, its revenue is almost entirely recurring because clients cannot easily move the record-keeping systems it operates.

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

The Head of North American Wealth Management Product Sales will lead a team of sales executives responsible for selling Broadridge’s front-, middle-, and back-office technology and operations solutions to leading Wealth Management firms. This includes capabilities across books and records, tax reporting, corporate actions, securities lending, cash management, fee and expense management, advisor compensation, and related workflow and data solutions.

You will drive new recurring revenue and new logo acquisition by developing opportunities with national, regional, and independent wealth managers, broker-dealers, and private banks in partnership with our Enterprise sales teams. You will provide coaching, training, and leadership to help the sales team identify prospects, shape opportunities, and deliver tailored, consultative pitches that align to each firm’s operating model.

The Head of NA Wealth Management Product Sales will work closely with product leadership across our Wealth and Investment Management businesses to ensure market feedback informs product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
