Leverage social media platforms, resume databases, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.\n\nAdvisory Role: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, providing expert guidance on hiring needs and best practices.\n\nApplicant Tracking Systems Expertise: Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines, track metrics, and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.\n\nOutreach and Networking: Cultivate and manage relationships with educational institutions, licensing authorities, and behavioral health organizations to enhance the organization's employer brand and pipeline.\n\nData-Driven Insights: Provide regular reporting and analytics on recruitment trends and performance, continuously improving processes to adapt to business needs.\n\nStakeholder Engagement: Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders and influencers to ensure efficient recruitment processes and achieve hiring targets.\n\nCandidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience for all candidates by maintaining timely communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.\n\nLocation: Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in North Carolina or South Carolina) Schedule: This is a full-time role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication or a related field (preferred).\n\nA minimum of 3 years of staffing or recruitment experience, including 1+ years of recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, or licensed professional roles.\n\nA minimum of 2 years of remote work experience working in a recruitment or sourcing capacity using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. to communicate with colleagues and candidates.\n\nDemonstrated experience recruiting for positions at all levels, from entry-level to executive roles.\n\nProficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including passive candidate sourcing through social media platforms and resume database searches.\n\nExpertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems.
