Acting as both a subject matter expert and strategic partner, this individual collaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure enterprise applications effectively support organizational goals.\nEssential Job Functions/Responsibilities\nBusiness Partnership & Advisory\nDevelop collaborative partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders, providing consultative guidance on application capabilities, technology opportunities, and solution options.\nGain a comprehensive understanding of business strategies, objectives, processes, and challenges.\nPartner with business units to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience, mitigate risk, and drive business value through technology.\nTranslate business needs into actionable technology strategies, system enhancements, and process improvements.\nFacilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\nPromote the effective adoption and utilization of technology solutions across the organization.\nEnterprise Application Ownership & Support\nAct as the primary subject matter expert for assigned applications and business areas, partnering with stakeholders to maximize the value, effectiveness, and strategic alignment of technology solutions.\nAdminister, configure, maintain, and support enterprise banking, lending, and business applications.\nEnsure application stability, performance, security, and reliability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.\nProvide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex business and technical issues.\nAct as the primary liaison with application vendors to manage support requests, incidents, upgrades, and enhancement opportunities.\nSupport daily operations through application administration, end-user support, business analysis, and issue resolution to ensure system stability and effectiveness.\nParticipate in an on-call support rotation as required.\nProcess Improvement & Solution Delivery\nPartner with stakeholders to align application roadmaps, technology strategies, and enhancement priorities with business objectives.\nIdentify, recommend, and implement technology solutions, process improvements, and workflow automation opportunities that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.\nLead the execution of application enhancements and small-to-medium-sized technology initiatives.\nParticipate in larger enterprise projects as a technical lead, subject matter expert, or business partner representative.\nCoordinate system testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nEnsure all system changes comply with organizational change management policies and procedures.\nCollaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize new functionality and system enhancements.\nTeam Collaboration & Mentorship\nServe as a mentor and resource to team members by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices.\nSupport onboarding and knowledge transfer activities for new team members.\nContribute to cross-training initiatives that improve team capability, operational continuity, and resiliency.\nDevelop and maintain application documentation, workflows, procedures, standards, and operational practices.\nCollaborate with team leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and business partnership within the Application Solutions department.\nContinuous Improvement & Innovation\nStay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor product roadmaps.\nIdentify opportunities to modernize applications, improve system utilization, and enhance business outcomes.\nChampion technology solutions that enable organizational growth, efficiency, and digital transformation.\nMinimum Job Qualifications:\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline;
