We become our clients' number one advocate to help them reestablish financial stability as quickly as possible.\nOverview\nThe Receptionist (Front Desk Agent) serves as the first point of contact at Torre Axis, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house experience for all visitors, employees, and vendors.\nThis role is responsible for managing visitor flow, supporting access control procedures, routing service requests to the appropriate teams, and maintaining lobby operations standards to ensure a safe, organized, and high-quality workplace experience.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors at Torre Axis. \nManage visitor registration, check-in process, and issuance of temporary access badges. \nSupport access control procedures in coordination with Security and Facilities teams. \nRoute incoming requests, incidents, and service needs to the appropriate departments (Facilities, IT, Security). \nMaintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and building activity. \nEnsure lobby readiness, cleanliness, and professional presentation at all times. \nCoordinate vendor arrivals, deliveries, and building access flow. \nExecute structured shift handovers to ensure operational continuity. \nSupport communication between Front Desk, Security, and Workplace Services teams. \nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\n1-2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or office support roles.\nExperience with visitor management systems or access control tools is a plus.\nRequired Skills\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nConversational English communication skills required.\nAbility to communicate professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders in both Spanish and English.\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.\nAttention to detail and strong documentation skills.\nAbility to remain calm and professional under pressure.\nStrong coordination, prioritization, and follow-up skills.\nProficiency in basic office tools, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and related platforms.\nBenefits\nBroadway Support Services is a team-oriented environment full of rewards and growth opportunities for our employees.
