We become our clients' number one advocate to help them reestablish financial stability as quickly as possible.\nOverview\nProvide continuous, in-house coverage of CCTV monitoring, access control, and badge lifecycle operations to ensure a secure, compliant, and well-controlled workplace.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor CCTV in real time; identify anomalies, alarms, and risks; log events and escalate per SOPs.\nAdminister access control including badge issuance, modification, deactivation, and handling exceptions.\nPerform incident triage: evaluate alarms, gather evidence, complete logs, and escalate to Security Leader.\nConduct routine health checks on CCTV cameras/NVRs and access devices; report faults to MEP/IT or vendors.\nMaintain daily logs, incident records, badge audit trails, and evidence retention per governance standards.\nCoordinate with guarding vendor on post orders, responses, escorts, and incident follow-through.\nSupport investigations by exporting CCTV footage, access reports, and preparing audit documentation.\nParticipate in awareness campaigns, drills, emergency exercises, and continuous improvement activities.\nQualifications\nAt least 2 years of experience in security operations or a related role is preferred\nSituational awareness and real-time decision making\nStrong documentation and log discipline\nIntegrity in handling sensitive evidence and credentials\nCustomer service mindset for badge/access exceptions\nAbility to follow escalation paths and SOPs\nCoordination with Front Desk and guarding vendor team\nEnglish proficiency (B2 level) preferred for documentation and system use\nBenefits\nBroadway Support Services is a team-oriented environment full of rewards and growth opportunities for our employees.
