procurement, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT equipment and peripherals.\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience within IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Technical Support, or Enterprise IT environments;\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;\n\nStrong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls, SMB/Samba, NFS, SSH, and RDP;\n\nExperience working with Linux environments, including CentOS, Red Hat, Debian, and Ubuntu;\n\nExperience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments;\n\nExperience with virtualisation technologies, including ESXi, Proxmox, and XCP-ng;\n\nExperience administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune environments;\n\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity principles, Zero Trust architecture, and security best practices;\n\nExperience with scripting and automation tools, including PowerShell, Bash, Python, CMD, or similar technologies;\n\nExperience working with ticket handling systems and version control platforms, preferably Helix (Perforce);\n\nExperience within a software development or game development environment will be considered an asset;\n\nKnowledge of Jira, Confluence, Perforce, server administration, virtualisation technologies, gaming consoles, computer hardware maintenance, cybersecurity protocols, Ethernet cable crimping (RJ-45), and multi-site environments will be considered assets.\n\nPersonal Skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
