Introduction\nOur client provides maritime services.\n\nJob Responsibilities and Duties\n\nManage energy projects from contract award through planning, execution, commissioning, and final handover;\n\nDefine project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and key deliverables;\n\nCoordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning activities;\n\nMonitor project progress, costs, resources, and milestones to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets;\n\nReview technical specifications, drawings, bills of quantities, and other engineering documentation;\n\nCoordinate with engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments throughout project delivery;\n\nOversee installation and commissioning activities, ensuring equipment and materials meet approved technical specifications;\n\nIdentify and manage project risks, delays, technical issues, and cost overruns, implementing corrective actions where required;\n\nManage project variations and additional works, ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals are obtained;\n\nMonitor project expenditure and review supplier and subcontractor quotations in coordination with relevant departments;\n\nMaintain regular communication with clients and other project stakeholders regarding progress, requirements, and project-related matters;\n\nEnsure project activities comply with contractual requirements, applicable legislation, technical standards, and quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures;\n\nCoordinate inspections, testing, quality-control activities, and liaison with consultants, authorities, and regulatory bodies when required;\n\nPrepare progress, financial, and technical reports for management and clients;\n\nMaintain accurate project records, including approvals, decisions, changes, and supporting documentation;\n\nCoordinate project completion and handover, including certificates, manuals, test results, as-built documentation, and outstanding works;\n\nSupport warranty follow-up and post-commissioning activities where required.\n\nExperience\n\nQualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Power Engineering, or a related technical discipline;\n\nPrevious experience managing engineering, construction, power-generation, energy, or similar technical projects;\n\nStrong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement, installation, and commissioning processes;\n\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and subcontractors;\n\nGood understanding of project cost control and commercial considerations;\n\nKnowledge of QA/QC, HSE requirements, and applicable technical standards;\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and project-planning software;\n\nHold a valid driving licence;\n\nAbility and willingness to travel internationally according to project requirements;\n\nA recognised project management qualification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, will be considered an asset.\n\nPersonal Skills\n\nStrong leadership and coordination skills;\n\nExcellent organisational and time-management abilities;\n\nStrong communication
