You’ll support recruiting across a range of roles and teams, spanning interview coordination, operations, sourcing, and recruiting events.\nYou'll own the coordination and operational backbone of our recruiting process, keeping interviews moving, candidates informed, and our hiring systems organized as we grow. You'll also help build the workflows, templates, and systems that make recruiting faster and more consistent across the company.\nThis is an opportunity to take real ownership at an early-stage startup, work closely with recruiters and leadership, and help shape how we hire. As the team grows, there will be opportunities to get involved in other areas of recruiting, such as sourcing, candidate screening, and recruiting operations, depending on your interests and the needs of the business.\nWhat you’ll do\nCoordinate phone screens, interviews, onsites, and final rounds across multiple departments, juggling competing priorities and last-minute changes.\n\nHelp build and improve our recruiting processes, including interview templates, email templates, scorecards, and workflows in Ashby.\n\nKeep Ashby up to date with accurate candidate records, interview stages, and feedback so we have a clear picture of our hiring pipeline.\n\nFollow up with interviewers on feedback, flag bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to keep candidates moving through the process.\n\nCoordinate onsites from start to finish, including agendas, work samples, interview panels, interviewer prep, and the candidate experience.\n\nKeep candidates informed throughout the process with timely communication, clear next steps, and a positive experience.\n\nHelp coordinate offers, reference checks, and handoffs to our HR team for onboarding.\n\nAs you get comfortable in the role, you'll have opportunities to take on additional recruiting responsibilities, such as phone screens, sourcing, and other areas of the recruiting process.\n\nPlan and run recruiting events, such as candidate dinners, meetups, and campus sessions, that grow our pipeline and put Broccoli in front of the people we want to hire.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nBackground in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar fast-paced role involving high-volume scheduling and stakeholder management.
