This role is designed for high-agency operators who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to work on the most important problems facing the business: from company strategy and operational excellence to customer transformation and enterprise growth.\nRunning Broccoli\nBusiness Operations\nObjective: Build the operating system that helps Broccoli scale efficiently.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn business performance management, KPIs, reporting, and operational reviews.\n\nBuild and manage key enablement tools such as QBRs, health scorecards, and product adoption dashboards.\n\nDrive business enablement initiatives that improve customer and revenue outcomes.\n\nLead cross-functional operational improvements across go-to-market, customer success, and growth.\n\nFounder's Office\nObjective: Drive company strategy, planning, and executive initiatives.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport strategic planning, board materials, and executive decision-making.\n\nLead high-priority company initiatives and special projects.\n\nDrive alignment and execution against key company priorities.\n\nHelping Customers Succeed\nAI Transformation\nObjective: Help customers adopt AI and transform how their organizations operate.\nResponsibilities:\nAdvise customers on AI adoption, workflow redesign, and organizational change.\n\nDevelop best practices and transformation frameworks.\n\nSupport customers in realizing measurable value from AI.\n\nIntelligence Platform\nObjective: Provide customers with the data, insights, and benchmarks needed to drive outcomes.\nResponsibilities:\nDeliver insights, benchmarks, and reporting that help customers improve performance.\n\nMeasure AI adoption, business outcomes, and value creation.\n\nHelp shape customer-facing analytics and intelligence capabilities.\n\nWinning & Expanding Strategic Accounts\nValue Creation\nObjective: Quantify, communicate, and maximize the business value of AI transformation.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild ROI models, business cases, and value creation frameworks.\n\nSupport enterprise sales and strategic customer conversations.\n\nPartner with private equity firms and portfolio companies on AI transformation opportunities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years in strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG), tech consulting (Deloitte, Accenture) or comparable experience;
