Recognized for our quality workmanship, innovative technology, open collaboration, and exceptional standards, we offer a one-stop approach to the planning, development, and construction of remarkable buildings.\nWe are currently looking for a Development Coordinator (Real Estate - ICI) who will support the execution of industrial, commercial, and institutional development projects from due diligence through construction and delivery.\nThe role is responsible for managing the coordination and documentation layer of active files, ensuring project information, follow-ups, and deliverables are organized, tracked, and executed in a structured and timely manner. The Development Coordinator also acts as a liaison between internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders to support seamless project execution.\nVacancy Status: Current Opportunity\nWhat you will do as a Development Coordinator:\nDue Diligence & Design Coordination\nSupport the issuance and coordination of design RFPs\nTrack and document client design criteria, consultant deliverables, and due diligence items\nMaintain and update project trackers; follow up on outstanding items\nCoordinate distribution and organization of drawings, reports, agreements (APS/PSA), and key documentation\nProvide administrative support related to land and deal sourcing\nDocument & Change Management\nAssemble and coordinate tender documentation packages\nManage project documentation within Broccolini’s common data environment\nTrack RFIs and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up\nMaintain organized project file structures and ensure version control integrity\nLegal & Financial Coordination\nTrack change documentation and relevant project correspondence\nAssist in compiling documentation required for insurance and cost consultant reviews\nSupport preparation of invoicing packages, proforma inputs, and pricing documentation\nProject & Site Coordination\nParticipate in design and coordination meetings\nTravel to project sites, including out-of-province locations, as required\nSchedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items\nSupport tracking of schedules, milestones, and deficiencies\nGain exposure to all phases of the development lifecycle while supporting senior development leadership\nQualifications & Experience\n1-3 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or a related coordination role\nBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field\nStrong interest in Real Estate development\nWillingness to travel to project sites as required\nExcellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nProactive problem solver who asks questions and seeks solutions\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nAbility to read and
