We are currently looking for a Field Coordinatorto join our Toronto team!\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAct as the liaison between the Site Superintendent and trade labour force;\nMaintain the daily construction log in conjunction with the Site Superintendent;\nPrepare and maintain various site communication/documentation with head office and site;\nPrepare and maintain various files for purchaser agreements (PA);\nCoordinate municipal inspections, Tarion and/or professional inspections;\nMaintain familiarity with WHMIS, WSIB and OHS safety responsibilities and duties;\nAttend and participate in site meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and prepare them for distribution as directed;\nConduct physical checks on the labour force and record individual activity on time sheets;\nCalculate labour hours per activity and submit time sheets to the office;\nObtain labour requirements from the Site Superintendent and coordinate sign-on of labourers when required;\nAllocate daily tasks to labourers according to the Site Superintendent's instructions;\nOrder supplies according to requirements and submit requisitions for non-standard items to the purchaser;\nArrange for supplies to be delivered and compare delivery notes against the bill of quantities and actual quantities delivered;\nCheck material requested versus quantity allowed, and maintain inventory of required materials;\nCoordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including temporary storage on site.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nPost-secondary diploma in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent;\nA minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;\nStrong knowledge of the construction field;\nExceptional communication and organizational skills;\nAbility to meet deadlines, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment;\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office; tech-savvy with various computer software.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nBroccolini is a fast-growing company that offers a multi-market approach, a dynamic working environment, a competitive compensation program and excellent benefits such as:\nGroup Insurance Plan (three plans to choose from)\nTelemedicine (24/7 access to a nurse or doctor)\nEmployee Assistance Program\nProfessional Training & Development Program\nMentorship Program\nAn active social & wellness committee\nBroccolini thanks all interested applicants; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.\nBroccolini is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
