The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining construction schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.\nBased in Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal, this position reports to the Corporate Director, Field Operations and works closely with the Chief Estimator and project teams.\nPosition Status: Current Opportunity\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize construction schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and integrated platforms.\nIdentify risks, critical paths, and potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies.\nAutomate schedule updates and productivity tracking where possible.\nSupport the estimation department with bid schedules, milestone schedules, and RFP submissions.\nCollaborate with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and field teams to align schedules.\nPrepare clear schedule reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in construction scheduling.\nProficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.\nStrong understanding of CPM, sequencing, and construction methodologies.\nExperience supporting bids and RFP submissions.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nKnowledge of Canadian construction regulations and
