As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, Caring at our core, Powered by Passion, One Team One Dream and Make it Happen.\nVacancy Status:Current Opportunity\nWhat you will do as a Project Coordinator:\nAssist the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating all aspect of the construction projects\nProvide a high-level support in the tendering phase (liaison with subcontractors to obtain pricing and update trade lists)\nCoordinate and follow-up on plans and shop drawings,\nAttend project meetings and prepare minutes for review by the Project Manager and ensure timely distribution to the team\nManage change orders and ensure the construction site is aware of changes as soon as possible\nReceive, generate, track and respond to the requests for information (RFI) using construction management software\nProvide support as required to the site and Health and Safety team\nWhat You Will Bring:\n1 -
