This position will join our Business Application Services (BAS) team providing production support for a firm-wide real estate ERP system, a range of supported financial/business application services, and the overall integration needs of cloud and on-prem information systems.\nThe BAS team is focused on delivering a total customer experience on the highest level - first class support from the first interaction, to the last. If you are committed to excellence and ready to contribute to a dynamic culture, we would love to meet you.\nRole & Responsibilities:\nServe as the first/second line application support contact for assigned business applications; triage, investigate, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.\n\nConfigure application settings (roles, workflows, reference data) and perform routine maintenance (batch jobs, interfaces, data loads).\n\nCreate and maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and user guides; contribute to a great “total customer experience.”\n\nExecute and coordinate application changes and minor releases: assess impact, prepare regression test scripts, and support UAT with business stakeholders.\n\nAnalyze recurring issues; document root causes and propose preventative fixes in partnership with senior analysts and engineers.\n\nSupport integrations and data flows (APIs, SFTP, scheduled jobs): monitor interface health, investigate errors, and collaborate with integration teams on fixes.\n\nBuild reports and queries (e.g., SQL/Excel/Power BI) to support Finance, Leasing, and Operations.\n\nPartner with vendors/implementation partners on tickets and small enhancements; track deliverables against SLAs.\n\nSupport compliance activities with Security and Infrastructure (access reviews, audit evidence, backup/restore tests).\n\nParticipate in cross functional initiatives such as new property onboarding, module rollouts, and data quality clean ups.\n\nYour Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience including IT certifications\n\nITIL v3 Foundations or higher is considered an asset\n\n1-2 years of experience in business applications support, systems analysis, or enterprise application operations (real estate industry exposure preferred).\n\nStrong customer service mindset; clear, concise communication (written and verbal).\n\nOrganized and detail oriented; able to juggle multiple requests and hit SLA commitments.\n\nHands-on experience supporting enterprise applications in a corporate environment.\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes (incident, request, change, problem) and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).\n\nWorking knowledge of one or more of the following is an asset: Dealpath, Origami, VTS, (or similar integration platforms).\n\nAbility to write and troubleshoot basic SQL; strong Excel skills.\n\nUnderstanding of integrations (APIs, flat file exchanges, SFTP) and job/alert monitoring.\n\nExperience coordinating UAT and documenting test cases.\n\nYour Career @ Brookfield:\nAt Brookfield, your career progression is important to us.
