This position provides coordination and administrative support for Department of Real Estate (DRE) processing, homeowner association (HOA) administration, and development operations. The primary focus of this role is management and coordination of DRE filings and documentation for residential communities throughout Southern California.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport DRE filings for pink, conditional, and final reports\n\nTrack DRE submission schedules and approval milestones.\n\nCoordinate collection of required documents from internal teams and external consultants.\n\nMaintain DRE filing checklists and approval logs.\n\nMonitor report expiration dates and amendment requirements.\n\nAssist Project Management with DRE-related requests.\n\nProcess project-related invoices for the Development team.\n\nSupport vendor setup.\n\nProcess check requests.\n\nCoordinate FHA / VA approvals.\n\nAssist with permit, utility, and consultant tracking.\n\nPerform research and special projects as assigned.\n\nCoordinate quarterly bond report updates with the Corporate team.\n\nNotarize documents as needed.\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Planning, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.\n\n1-2 years of related experience preferred.\n\nStrong organizational and administrative skills.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.\n\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.\n\nHigh attention to detail.\n\nExperience working with databases, project management systems, or document management systems.\n\nNotary commission or ability to obtain within six months of hire.\n\n What We Offer:\nCompetitive compensation and total rewards package.\n\nAnnual Base Salary: $ 60,000.00 to $70,000.00\n\nBonus Eligible\n\nExcellent extended medical, dental, and vision benefits beginning day 1.\n\n401(k) matching, vesting begins day 1.\n\nCareer development programs.\n\nPaid Volunteer Hours.\n\nPaid parental leave.\n\nFamily planning assistance, including IVF, surrogacy and adoption options.\n\nWellness and mental health resources.\n\nPet insurance offering.\n\nA culture based on our values of Passion, Integrity, Community!\n\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
