This position is the primary contact person in the main office for dealing with purchaser enquiries regarding any and all aspects of their transaction and is responsible for the administration and management of day-to-day single-family, estate, and multi-family home sales activities, including processing, tracking, monitoring and reporting in relation to sales and closings.\n Key Responsibilities:\nPrepare all correspondence that is sent to purchasers, lawyers, banks, realtors, etc., and ensure all information is accurate and correct. Responsible for reviewing/adding all customer information regarding sales into our current database systems.\n\nCheck all final home pricing worksheets for accuracy and distribute as required.\n\nProvide the legal department all relevant information for the preparation of the statements of adjustments, Review and sign off on all customer accounts / final statement of adjustments.\n\nEnsure copy of the GST new housing rebate forms are collected, then recorded & reconciled then passed on to Brookfield Corporate.\n\nWritten confirmation of closing dates with purchasers.\n\nCo-ordinate signatures on new home warranty documentation and distribute.\n\nPrepare and submit daily bank deposits for all Single Family & Multi-Family funds.\n\nSend out realtor commission letters as required.\n\nSend out referral letters and cheques as required.\n\nCo-ordinate and assist Lead Sales Coordinator, Sales Managers, & Sale Associates with general responsibilities.\n\nBack up Lead Sales Coordinator as required.\n\nComply with Brookfield policies as set out in the Brookfield Corporate Policies and Administrative Procedures manual.\n\nCo-ordinating Lot Holds, Purchasing, & communicating Lots Purchases to the construction teams based through our current lot management system.\n\nPrepare & validate all financial approvals & ensure accuracy in purchasing and firming documentation for production & commissions.\n\nCo-ordinate documentation & mainstream files for various departments. Ie.
