The Senior Manager will lead our Regional FP&A team for the North America Office portfolio, reporting to the Vice President, Finance. This role will help drive financial planning and analysis across budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and investment performance, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior leadership and investors. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive in driving process improvements and decision-making.\nRole & Responsibilities:\nOversee a regional FP&A team of 1-3 employees in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.\n\nLead and oversee large components the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning, as well as discounted cash flows and valuation projections, reviewing and guiding the work of more junior team members\n\nOversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive dynamic financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis\n\nOversee and review the monthly and quarterly IFRS financial statement forecasting\n\nOversee the preparation and review of quarterly leasing forecast, which includes updates of actual leasing activity, forecasted leasing assumptions, and early tenant expirations\n\nPartner with department heads and business units to align financial goals with operational objectives and provide them with necessary information for business functions\n\nPrepare and review financial presentations and reporting packages for upper management and investors, at various ownership levels\n\nDrive continuous improvements in financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability\n\nWork closely with the accounting team during monthly close cycles to ensure accuracy\n\nCoordinate with asset management, lease administration, corporate services, marketing, and investor relations\n\nLead and provide guidance on ad-hoc projects and financial analysis for management as needed\n\nSupport the analysis of investment performance and returns across designated assets\n\nManage the cash flow and equity allocations across designated investment portfolios\n\nCommunicate financial insights to support the advancement of strategic business objectives across a diversified portfolio of investments at varying stages of development\n\nTeam Leadership\nProvide input on current and future staffing needs to Vice President, Finance to support operational demands\n\nActively coach and develop direct reports, providing real-time feedback and structured growth plans that empower the team to deliver high-impact financial narratives\n\nFoster a collaborative and inclusive team culture through regular feedback, coaching, and performance management practices\n\nYour Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred\n\n6-8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 1-2 years managing a team\n\nExperience working in commercial office real estate preferred.\n\nStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills\n\nSolid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and strategic planning\n\nProven ability to present complex financial information to senior executives and non-financial stakeholders.\n\nExperience with financial systems such as Yardi Voyage\n\nAbility to identify, implement, and promote practical AI solutions that enhance team effectiveness and business outcomes\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to be flexible and dynamic as the business moves and changes are made\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team\n\nYour Career @ BGRE:\nAt BGRE, your career progression is important to us.
