In this role, you will play a key role in building and developing high performing teams across the U.S. and Canada. Aside from managing a full life cycle of recruitment, you will also be responsible for managing talent acquisition projects and strategy. This role works across Brookfield Properties Corporate, Hospitality, Logistics and Office divisions\nIf you are committed to excellence and ready to contribute to a dynamic culture, we would love to meet you.\nRole & Responsibilities:\nSupport full-cycle recruitment for Brookfield Properties’ U.S. and Canadian divisions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager interviews, gathering feedback, offer preparation, and onboarding.\nPartner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support the development of position profiles.\nCoordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience.\nPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers and help facilitate timely feedback throughout the hiring process.\nUtilize proactive sourcing strategies, including direct outreach and talent mapping.\nMaintain and update job postings in Workday (ATS) to ensure accuracy.\nPost opportunities on external platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards.\nRepresent the company at networking events, career fairs, professional associations, and post-secondary institutions.\nSupport recruitment activities for both internal and external hiring initiatives.\nAssist with the planning and execution of recruitment events and job fairs.\nContribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.\nSupport intern recruitment and program-related activities.\nDeliver an exceptional candidate experience and provide high-quality service to internal stakeholders.\nAssist with managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners.\nYour Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required.\n3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.\nExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday experience is an asset.\nProficiency sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.\nSolid understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate management.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated initiative and a customer-service-oriented approach.\nAgency recruitment experience is considered an asset. \nYour Career @ Brookfield:\nAt Brookfield, your career progression is important to us.
