About the Role
The Technology Services Group (TSG) is responsible forensuring consistenttechnology infrastructure and a standard set of tools and applications across our Asset Management business.
The Senior Analystwill bepart of a dynamic team responsible for Investor Applications operations and growth.
You will be providing exceptional service to various business groups across our Asset Management business by delivering new solutionsand enhancements to support business growth while managing business as usual tasks to support core business applications.
This position requires advanced knowledge of the Asset Management industry, including Institutional and Wealth distribution channelsalong with technical skills to be able to configure applications, build integrations, and deliver complexsolutions.
Responsibilities:
Technical:
Lead the configuration, customization, and ongoing management of Brookfield’s Salesforce environments, preferably within a Financial Services context.
Build and maintaintrusted, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams across the organization.
Collaborate with business units to evaluate existing capabilities and identifyopportunities for enhanced or new functionality aligned with strategic goals.
Partner with internal technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Maintain a deep understanding of Brookfield’s Salesforce instance and be able to articulate both technical and functional configurations to various stakeholders.
Own and execute a broad range of tasks, including support for service tickets, enhancement requests, and project deliverables.
Continuously enhance technical skills through self-directed learning, exploring new tools and technologies to support growth and innovation.
Analyze business needs and design scalable, flexible Salesforce solutions that align with organizational standards and best practices.
Translate business requirements into well-defined technical specifications and solution designs.
Lead the full development lifecycle-design, build, test, document, and deploy solutions with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability.
Ensure effective design and implementation of all major system modifications, with an emphasis on architectural integrity.
Troubleshoot complex issues using various diagnostic methods and tools, ensuring long-term resolution.
Demonstrate deep application knowledge and stay current with new Salesforce features, releases, and Brookfield-specific customizations.
Perform advanced data analysis through complex ad hoc queries to support reporting, issue resolution, and data migration.
Organize and interpret data to develop actionable insights and recommendations that support business decisions.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that can support Brookfield’s business growth and digital strategy.
Communication:
Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the needs of both technical and non-technical team members.
Contribute to system documentation to support internal knowledge sharing and continuity within the Technology team.
Build and maintaineffective working relationships with business and technical stakeholders by being responsive and attentive to their needs.
Functional/Core:
Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing tasks and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
Develop a strong understanding of Brookfield’s operations and functional areas, with a focus on aligning project work to broader business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly within Sales Cloud, with deep expertisein:
Apex (classes, triggers, test classes)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce
SOQL
Process Builder, Workflows, and Salesforce Flow
Custom objects, controllers, and metadata-driven design
Proficiencyin SOAP/REST web services and API-based integrations, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting of cross-platform data flows.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
Experience using SOQL query tools for data investigation and issue resolution.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and the capacityto manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership and end users.
Solid understanding of Agile software development methodology, including experience participatingin sprints, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
In-depth knowledge of DST / Transfer Agency operations and data transformation/reconciliation processes is strongly preferred.
Salesforce Certifications (preferred):
Salesforce Platform Developer I (requiredor in progress)
Salesforce Administrator
Platform Developer II or App Builder a plus
Computer Science university degree/college diploma or equivalent
PreferredExperience:
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience with:
Snowflake, Workato, FISDX, Intralinks, Loopio, Seismic
Jira or other project management tools
C# and/or Azure applications
Front-end development technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, XML)
Salary Range:
Our compensation structure is comprisedof a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, educationand designations.
