You’ll work closely with partners across the business to bring data together, improve how we measure performance, and make information more useful in our everyday work.\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, cares about getting the details right, and likes making complex information easier for others to understand.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild reliable data models. Develop and maintain efficient, accurate SQL models that make reporting and analysis easier across the business.\n\nTurn business needs into data solutions. Partner with analysts, engineers, and teams across Brooklinen to build data models, dashboards, and measurement tools that answer important business questions.\n\nGet to know the business. Build a strong understanding of our Marketing team's data needs, then expand your work across other functions to identify opportunities where better data can make a difference.\n\nMake data easier to use. Ingest, organize, catalog, and document datasets so teams can confidently find, understand, and use the information they need.\n\nSolve problems from start to finish. Investigate data issues, identify what's causing them, and communicate findings and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical partners.\n\nWe're Looking for Someone Who Brings\n2-4 years of experience in analytics engineering or a similar role, with hands-on experience building and maintaining data models.\n\nStrong SQL skills, preferably with experience using dbt or similar data modeling tools.\n\nExperience building dashboards and reporting solutions in a BI tool like Omni, Looker, or something similar.\n\nExperience partnering with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.\n\nExperience working with marketing data in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods is a plus.\n\nBenefits & Perks\nGreat work deserves great support.
