join our team and contribute to the deployment and optimization of advanced contamination control solutions.\nYour Responsibilities\nProvide technical support for equipment applications, assisting customers with the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of AMC (Airborne Molecular Contamination) control systems.\nAnalyze equipment operation data to identify, resolve, and prevent AMC-related issues.\nCollaborate with process, equipment, and quality engineers to integrate cross-functional requirements and deliver technical solutions.\nParticipate in equipment testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.\nPrepare technical documentation, operation manuals, and customer reports; deliver training and technical presentations.\nSupport new product introduction (NPI) and customer site evaluations, including equipment installation, calibration, and functional verification.\nConduct regular customer visits to understand usage scenarios and pain points, providing feedback for product design and feature enhancements.\nParticipate in project planning and progress tracking to ensure quality and timely delivery.\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally to support customer site requirements.\nCapable of equipment maintenance and modification.\nYour Profile\nBachelor’s degree or above in engineering-related fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.\nMinimum 4+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a background in equipment engineering, process integration, or technical support.\nFamiliarity with semiconductor process equipment (e.g., FOUP systems, AMC control units, gas analyzers) and their applications.\nExperience with equipment validation processes, FAT/SAT, DOE design, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, JMP).\nExcellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills to align requirements and drive project execution.\nProficient in technical writing and capable of communicating effectively with international customers in English.\nKnowledge of cleanroom protocols and relevant standards such as ESD and safety compliance is preferred.\nSelf-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new technologies and challenges.\nWhat We Offer\nResponsibility for technically challenging projects with significant
