Join us at Brooks Automation and be a part of a dynamic organization that is shaping the future of technology.\nMaterials PlannerJob Description\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nDrive materials to support the forecast production schedule.\nManage slot plan to schedule builds and communicated delivery dates.\nWork with Program Management to prioritize builds to support multiple locations.\nIdentify critical material gaps in advance and highlighting to Supply Chain to support closing the gaps.\nGenerate work orders to have materials kitted for the Production Technicians to build to the slot plan.\nPerform Order Entry and Planning for Vendor Sales.\nResponsible for receiving Vendor Sales POs and entering them into Oracle Cloud.\nSchedule delivery dates for Vendor Sales and coordinate with suppliers to meet their need dates.\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING:\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n2-5+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain operations, product launch support.\nBOM management experience, inventory and demand planning knowledge.\nAbility to identify material shortages and mitigate risks before builds.\nExperience supporting engineering builds and production transitions.\nAbility to lead meetings and drive action items to closure.\nPerform root cause analysis for material shortages and schedule slips.\nUse data to make planning decisions and recommend corrective actions.\nCompensation\nBase Salary Range: $54,757.34 USD to $74,083.46 USDFactors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\nThis position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.\nBenefits\nAt Brooks, we offer the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\nMedical, Dental, Vision and Disability Insurance\n\n401(k) Plan\n\nExempt employees are provided company paid holidays and Flexible Vacation to enjoy personal time off and incidental sickness.\n\nHave a question about our benefits and compensation package?
