We are seeking to hire individuals who want to expand their Program Management skill sets with an eye on personal career progression.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nLead assigned NPI programs through the full product development lifecycle, including program initiation, phase gate readiness, design release, alpha and beta builds, production readiness, customer shipment, and closure.\nDevelop, maintain, and communicate integrated program schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource needs, risks, and recovery plans.\nPartner with Product Management and Engineering to translate business objectives, customer requirements, and technical scope into executable program plans.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet defined exit criteria for each program phase.\nIdentify, document, and manage program risks related to schedule, resources, product cost, scope, quality, customer satisfaction, and return on investment.\nDrive mitigation planning and escalation when program commitments are at risk, ensuring issues are visible, owned, and actively managed.\nManage scope changes through formal change control processes and ensure impacts to schedule, cost, resources, and customer commitments are clearly understood.\nFacilitate regular program team meetings, stakeholder reviews, phase gate reviews, and executive status updates focused on priorities, blockers, decisions, and recovery actions.\nThis role typically operates in a fast-paced, cross-functional technical environment and may require periodic travel to company sites, customer locations, supplier locations, or manufacturing facilities to support program execution, issue resolution, production readiness, and customer commitments.\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING:\nBachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, engineering, product management or another related field.\nProven experience leading cross-functional teams to execute successful hardware product solution programs.\nExperience or strong working knowledge of NPI (New Product Introduction) processes, phase gate governance, design release, prototype and production builds, verification readiness, and production ramp requirements.\nProficiency with program management and productivity tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related reporting or dashboard tools.\nExperience with customer-facing programs, customized product development, product life cycle management, or production transfer activities.\nExperience managing schedules, resource plans, risk registers, action trackers, change requests, and executive-level program reviews.\nPMP Certification is a plus.\nCompensation\nBase Salary Range: $132,456.81 USD to $179,206.28 USDFactors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\nThis position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.\nBenefits\nAt Brooks, we offer the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\nMedical, Dental, Vision and Disability Insurance\n\n401(k) Plan\n\nExempt employees are provided company paid holidays and Flexible Vacation to enjoy personal time off and incidental sickness.\n\nHave a question about our benefits and compensation package?
