The selected candidate will be responsible for directing initial production and customized designs for a new semiconductor automation platform, serving multiple global and Taiwan-based clients. Duties include providing exemplary leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful technology transitions, and maintaining the highest standards of quality within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nPrimary Responsibility: The Program Manager is entrusted with the oversight of product development programs or projects, facilitating cross-functional teams through all phases of the design process and culminating in delivery to external clients. This individual is responsible for comprehensive planning and management of resource schedules and project budgets, ensuring the timely and financially sound completion of assignments. The incumbent coordinates interdepartmental activities, delegates and supervises the work of systems analysis and program personnel, and provides necessary technical guidance and support. Although direct accountability for product development is not inherent to this role, overarching responsibility for product, program, or project management and personnel development is required to ensure optimal operational performance. Demonstrated people-management expertise is essential, particularly in a matrix organizational structure with remote teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDirect the execution of strategic programs from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule, within specified parameters, and at the designated cost;
