This key role plans, designs,validates, releases, and sustains robust manufacturing processes that meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Complianceobjectives.\nNumber ofvacancies:2\nWork Location:Onsite - Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead Process & Line Design, Documentation, and Control\nDrive process definitions, including routings, standard work instructions (WI), PFMEA, control plans, torque and alignment specifications, test protocols, acceptance criteria, and special-process qualifications (e.g., rework, cleaning, vacuum/leak testing).\n\nVerify that lines, workstations, fixtures, and test equipment meet capability (Cp/Cpk), repeatability, ergonomics, and EHS requirements;identifygaps and drive corrective actions\n\nEnsure disciplined change and revision control,maintainingall process documentation in an audit-ready state.\n\nNPI, Ramp - Up & Product Realization\nAct as the main liaison for NPI transitions to ensure manufacturing launch readiness.\n\nLead the introduction and readiness ofnew designsand lines for high-volume manufacturing, including DFM/DFA reviews, tooling and fixture readiness, pilot builds, process prove-out, capability studies (Cp/Cpk), and ramp-up validation.\n\nDrive full line-realization planning, including layout, capacity and cycle-time modeling, staffing, and line-balancing strategies until stable run-rate is achieved.\n\nCollaborate with Product Development, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability, process control, training requirements, and operational readiness from NPI through sustaining.\n\nLead Task Force for Sustaining Issues\nProvide daily technical support to production and troubleshoot process and product issues.\n\nDrive structured problem solving (8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Fishbone) and implement preventive actions to address yield loss, defects, and build inconsistencies; support MRB activities and drivetimelyCAPA closure.\n\nDrive performance against MFE KPIs and proactively conduct RCCA/CAPA when targets are at risk.\n\nTooling, Fixtures, Equipment & Automation\nCoordinate the design/procurement, qualification, and maintenance of jigs, fixtures, tooling, test systems, and automation; ensure calibration and preventive maintenance are in place\n\nEstablishandmaintainequipment operating procedures and maintenance standards; ensure spare parts and calibration plans are defined and available.\n\nQuality, Compliance & Supplier Support\nEnsure full compliance with QMS, customer, and regulatory requirements; support audits and close findingsin a timely manner.\n\nCoordinate in-process and final inspection and test methods; monitor FPY, defect and rework rates, and escapes/warranty issues, and drive improvement actions.\n\nPartner and follow up with QE, SQE, and SDE on supplier incoming quality, special processes, and corrective actions; define receiving inspection and acceptance-sampling criteria.\n\nDocumentation, Systems & Training\nEnsure controlled documentation (BOMs, routings, work instructions, drawings) ismaintainedin PLM/MRP systems (Agile/Oracle); keep Oracle Work Definitions (WD) current.\n\nContinuous Improvement (CI)\nIdentifyand lead CI initiatives to improve workflow, layout, line balance,taktalignment, SMED, WIP, OEE, and equipmentutilization; quantify benefits to support businessobjectives.\n\nApply Lean tools, including Poka-Yoke, visual controls, standardized work, and 5S + Safety, to drive waste reduction and material recovery or reuse.\n\nAdvance digitalization and automation (workflow simplification, dashboards, system implementation/VF), benchmark best practices, and maintain PFMEA relevance and process-capability growth.\n\nBenchmark industry best practices and recommend technologies, equipment upgrades, or process innovations that enhance manufacturing performance and sustainability.\n\nCompliance, Policy Obligations & Governance\nComply withall company policies, the code of conduct, ethical standards, and applicable laws and regulations.\n\nAdhere to QMS, EHS, data and IP protection, workplace protocols, and all relevant corporate, regulatory, and customer requirements.\n\nSupport internal and external audits by providingaccuratedocumentation and evidence;
