Software Service Team and play a key role in supporting advanced semiconductor inspection systems.\nYou will work closely with customers and global engineering teams to troubleshoot complex software and vision inspection issues, improve system performance, and deliver technical solutions in high-tech manufacturing environments.\nThis role is ideal for engineers with experience in machine vision, image processing, or semiconductor equipment who enjoy solving challenging technical problems.\nWork Location: Onsite - Xinshi Dist., Tainan City, Taiwan.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide advanced technical support for semiconductor inspection systems and machine vision applications.\nDiagnose and resolve complex software, image processing, and system performance issues.\nAnalyze inspection results, system logs, and diagnostic data to identify root causes and implement solutions.\nSupport equipment installation, software upgrades, and customer acceptance activities.\nCollaborate with global Software Engineering, Technical Support, and Sustaining Engineering teams to drive issue resolution and product improvements.\nDeliver technical training and guidance to customers and field service teams.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.\n3+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, machine vision, industrial automation, or related industries.\nFamiliarity with SECS communication.\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.\nAbility to analyze system logs, inspection data, and diagnostic reports.\nIntermediate English communication skills.\nExperience with semiconductor inspection or vision systems.\nProgramming experience in C#, C++, or Python.\nKnowledge of machine vision, image processing, or defect inspection applications.\nExperience supporting customer-facing technical environments.\nSalary Ranges\nNT$942,999.64 TWD to NT$1,275,823.04
