We are expanding our FP&A capabilities as we accelerate our growth journey.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAs part of Brooks’ Finance-Cost team, provide analysis and information in support of our Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain groups. Report, prepare, analyze, and present analysis & recommendations against data and key indicators. Reporting directly to the Global Operations Controller for Brooks, this role will partner and collaborate with Finance/Accounting and Operations management to provide performance data on areas impacting cost and efficiencies decisions.\nResponsibilities include:\nIdentify and categorize Operations spend activities.\nProvide recommendations and create capitalization of spend.\nCreate financial forecasts, annual and strategic plans.\nProduce key performance indicator schedules (KPI’s) that headline and trend data with commentary illustrating change.\nIn general, produce financial performance indicator improvements in analyzing results, monitoring variances, identify trends, and recommending actions to management.\nReconcile accounting and financial transactions by comparing and correcting data.\nPrepare financial results and present trends.\nIncreases productivity by developing automated reporting.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nRequires Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance is required and 4+ financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\nMBA, CMA or CPA is a plus.\nCost Accounting knowledge & experience a plus.\nExperience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion Planning (or equivalent), and Microsoft Office suite required (Excel Power User preferred).\nCompensation\nBase Salary Range: $105,593.46 USD to $142,861.74 USDFactors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\nThis position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.\nBenefits\nAt Brooks, we offer the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\nMedical, Dental, Vision and Disability Insurance\n\n401(k) Plan\n\nExempt employees are provided company paid holidays and Flexible Vacation to enjoy personal time off and incidental sickness.\n\nHave a question about our benefits and compensation package?
