System Ownership\nOwn the technical performance and system integration of assigned product platforms and critical subsystems.\nDevelop deep expertise in process, hardware, software, materials, and their interactions within the overall system.\nSupport the full product lifecycle from concept development and qualification through production release and sustaining engineering.\n2. Qualification & Verification\nDevelop and execute qualification strategies and test plans.\nLead Design Verification Tests (DVT), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), reliability testing, and process qualification activities.\nDefine acceptance criteria, analyze test results, and support product release decisions.\n3. Process Performance & Optimization\nEvaluate system and process performance using statistical analysis and engineering methodologies.\nIdentify performance gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance cleaning performance, reliability, throughput, and cost effectiveness.\nOptimize materials, components, and overall system performance through data-driven decision making.\n4. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving\nLead root cause investigations for complex technical issues and customer-related challenges.\nApply structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, DOE, and statistical analysis.\nDevelop and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable solutions.\n5. Innovation & Technology Development\nContribute to the development of next-generation cleaning technologies and product enhancements.\nEvaluate new materials, components, and process concepts through feasibility studies and technical validation.\nCollaborate with global teams and suppliers to drive technology innovation and adoption.\n6. Cross-Functional Technical Leadership\nServe as the technical interface among R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, suppliers, and customers.\nDrive cross-functional alignment, technical decision-making, and risk management.\nShare best practices and provide technical guidance to support organizational success.\n7.
