This position requires hands-on skills, the ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, and proficiency in software testing. You will collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure system performance meets requirements.\nPlease note: Some responsibilities will occur post-delivery at customer sites, which may include working in cleanroom environments.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDesign, define, and implement system requirements for customer solutions and internal projects.\n\nAnalyze existing systems and prepare feasibility studies for improvements or new designs.\n\nDetermine system specifications, input/output processes, and ensure hardware/software compatibility.\n\nCoordinate subsystem design and manage total system integration.\n\nIdentify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and support deficiencies throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nServe as the primary technical resource for design, assembly, debugging, and validation as products move toward completion.\n\nProvide on-site support at customer facilities, including installation, integration, and troubleshooting.\n\nComply with cleanroom protocols and safety requirements when working in controlled environments.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computing or related field) with 2-4 years of experience.\n\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.\n\nHands-on experience with hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and testing.\n\nFamiliarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java script).\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work on moderately complex projects under general supervision.\n\nStrong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.\n\nEffective collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.\n\nWillingness to travel to customer sites and work in cleanroom environments as needed.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in system integration or product validation.\n\nKnowledge of automation tools.\n\nUnderstanding of software debugging tools and hardware-software interaction.\n\nFamiliarity with cleanroom procedures and ESD safety practices.\n\nSalary Ranges\nNT$942,999.64 TWD to NT$1,275,823.04
