About the Role:
As part of our strategic expansioninAPAC, we are seeking an experienced Talent Attraction Partner / Recruiterto join our Regional Talent Attraction team.
Based in Hsinchu, Taiwan, this role willbe responsible forsupporting talent acquisitionatBrooks,Taiwan, with a strong focus on technical recruitment across Engineering, Automation / Robotics,Manufacturing,and IT.
As a brand ambassador for Brooks, you will drive the delivery ofhigh-qualitytalent while providing proactive,timelycommunication on search progress. You will serve as a subject matter expert in talent attraction, offering consultative guidance and market insights to hiring leaders across the North Asia region.
Work Location: Onsite - Hsinchu, Taiwan.
Contract Duration: 1 Year (with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs).
Language Requirements: Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English & Mandarin/Taiwanese.
KeyResponsibilities:
Source, screen, and select candidates for a wide range of engineering, manufacturing, operations, and technical rolesusing diverse and innovative recruitment channels(job boards, social media, job fairs, employee referrals, etc.).
Buildandmaintainrelationshipswithvocationalschools,universities,trainingcenters, andotherrelevantinstitutionsto supportproactiveand high-volumehiring
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks; ensure job advertisements are clear, compelling, and compliant with company standards and local labor regulations
Manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal standards as well as withlocalemploymentlawsandregulations
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and metrics
Support andcoordinateonboardingactivitiestoensuresmooth andconsistentcandidateexperience
CollaboratewithHR andotherstakeholdersonnewhiredocumentation,orientation, and onboardingrequirements.
Support other TA or HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications&Competencies:
Degree or Diploma with 3-4years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house, agency, or RPO), ideally supportingmanufacturing,engineeringor operations environments.
Experience using Workday (preferred) or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR systemsand Microsoft Office tools ((Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Solid understanding of regional employment practices and compliance considerations acrossTaiwan
Fluencyin Mandarin/Taiwanese& Englishisrequired(verbal andwritten).
Abilitytomulti-task with stronginterpersonalskills
