environment that elevates the Brooks brand; from greeting to checkout.\nDeliver premium personalized customer service through active listening, behavioral awareness, storytelling, and expert product education for customers of all athletic abilities.\nDevelop a strong understanding of runners and those aspiring to be active, to build authentic relationships with our customers.\nGuide customers in selecting the right footwear, apparel, and accessories; support fitting and gait analysis service as trained.\nRecognize appropriate opportunities to understand and solve for secondary customer needs.\nStay up to date on all product technologies, features, and benefits.\nBe a fit expert by becoming proficient in the Brooks fit process for footwear, apparel, and bras.\nMaintain readiness through daily merchandising, cleaning (including floors, bathrooms, etc.), organization, and sales floor stock replenishment.\nParticipate in inventory processes, including receiving, counting, and stocking back-of-house inventory.\nAccurately perform POS transactions.\nSupport store events and activations as needed.\nCommunicate effectively with store leadership and teammates to support store goals.\nDemonstrate regular, dependable attendance and contribute to a positive team culture.\nPerform other duties as assigned by store leadership.\nQualifications:\n1+ years of relevant retail experience preferred\nAvailability to work two to three shifts a week, including evenings and weekends\nModerate computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new computer programs\nAccurate POS and inventory counting abilities\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods\nExcellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company and with customers\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication\nKeen attention to detail in executing tasks while understanding broader store and business needs\nPassionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner in order to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community\nEmbraces and lives the Brooks
