DO\nDevelop audit reporting and analytics for the Therapeutic Interchange program\nCreate and maintain reporting focused on program activity, performance metrics, and cost savings\nSupport project tracking efforts and portfolio management initiatives\nDesign, build, and automate reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions\nAnalyze data across multiple programs to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements\nPartner with business, product, operations, and data teams to support new strategic initiatives\nDeliver actionable insights that support data-driven decision making\nUtilize AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity and reporting efficiency\nWHAT YOU BRING\nExperience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar analytics-focused role\nAdvanced SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and internal business teams\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nExperience creating dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions\nExperience with Alteryx and/or Tableau (preferred)\nPBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) or healthcare analytics experience (preferred)\nExperience supporting healthcare operations, reporting, or product initiatives (preferred)\nProject documentation or project management experience (preferred)\nExperience leveraging Microsoft Copilot or AI-enabled productivity tools (preferred)\nExperience with Wrike or similar project management
