automation and pharmaceutical manufacturing.\nThe Associate Automation Technician will work alongside experienced technicians, engineers, and maintenance personnel to support production equipment, troubleshoot basic automation issues, and ensure manufacturing operations run safely and efficiently.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with the operation and monitoring of automated manufacturing equipment\nSupport production line setup, equipment changeovers, and batch execution activities\nPerform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems\nEscalate complex equipment issues to senior technicians or engineering teams\nMonitor equipment performance and report abnormalities or downtime events\nSupport preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections\nMaintain accurate documentation of production and maintenance activities\nFollow all safety, quality, and operational procedures\nAdhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures\nParticipate in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives\nCollaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to support daily operations\n\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree, technical diploma, military training, or equivalent hands-on experience in one of the following:Industrial Automation\nMechatronics\nElectronics Technology\nMechanical Technology\nManufacturing Technology\nElectrical Systems\nIndustrial Maintenance\n\nBasic understanding of manufacturing equipment, mechanical systems, or automation controls\nAbility to troubleshoot equipment using logical problem-solving techniques\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nComfortable working in a production environment and following established procedures\nAbility to work day or night shifts, including a rotating 2-2-3 schedule\nProficiency with basic computer applications and electronic documentation systems\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nInternship, co-op, military, or manufacturing experience\nFamiliarity with Network troubleshooting and fundamentals\nExposure to PLCs, HMIs, sensors, robotics, conveyors, vision systems, or automated equipment\nExperience in pharmaceutical, biotech, food & beverage, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments\nFamiliarity with Allen-Bradley,
