The Materials Data Analyst will provide hands-on support to the Materials, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams by maintaining data integrity, supporting engineering documentation, and ensuring system alignment. This full-time, primarily office-based role includes regular visits to the fabrication shop and up to 15% travel. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to innovative energy solutions.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nSupport item master data cleanup and standardization across systems\nAssist with ERP (JDE) data analysis, validation, and maintenance\nSet up and manage SolidWorks item numbers for engineering documentation\nCollect, organize, and attach engineering documentation to relevant records\nCapture and catalog standardized product photographs for documentation\nPerform administrative and project support tasks for Materials, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams\nConduct regular visits to the fabrication shop for observation and research purposes\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment and data integrity\nUtilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and inventory optimization\nPrioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail\nAdhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security\nParticipate in occasional travel to customer job sites and conferences as required (up to 15%)\nWHAT YOU BRING\nCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Engineering, Supply Chain, or related program\nExposure to SolidWorks, ERP systems (preferably JDE), and manufacturing environments\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels\nProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving supply chain challenges\nAbility to prioritize and multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written\nAbility to perform physical tasks, including frequently lifting up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds\nWillingness to travel up to 15% and visit fabrication shops as needed\nAbility to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional local day travel\nCommitment to
