budgets, and executive status reporting.\nCoordinate activities between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.\nDrive accountability with implementation partners and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery.\nTrack project financials, including budgets, invoices, contract spend, and purchase orders.\nSupport system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and governance activities within a regulated environment.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.\nFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.\nMonitor and report on project progress to leadership and stakeholders.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.\nWHAT YOU BRING\n5+ years of project management experience within large enterprise organizations.\nExperience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.\nProficiency with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nExperience managing vendors, implementation partners, budgets, contracts, and project financials.\nWorking knowledge of SAP and enterprise business processes.\nStrong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to quickly learn new systems and processes.\nDemonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced,
