In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of technology and business initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Manager who combines strong project delivery expertise with a technical background in software development, business analysis, or application delivery. You will thrive in a hands-on environment where Project Managers are expected to take ownership of projects from initiation through delivery, while also supporting business analysis activities and stakeholder engagement. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and the potential for full-time conversion based on business needs.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nManage multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation through implementation\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reporting\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements\nTranslate business objectives into actionable technical requirements\nFacilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business partners\nIdentify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies\nLead project meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive updates\nSupport scope management, budget tracking, and project governance activities\nCoordinate testing, implementation, and change management activities\nEnsure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives\nPerform business analysis functions, including process documentation and requirements gathering\nWHAT YOU BRING\n5+ years of Project Management experience leading technology-focused projects\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies\nPrevious experience as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, or Technical Project Manager\nAbility to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities\nExperience facilitating meetings and managing stakeholder expectations\nExperience working within utility, energy, or regulated industries (preferred)\nPMP certification (preferred)\nAgile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery experience (preferred)\nExperience with application development projects (preferred)\nKnowledge of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies (preferred)\nExperience supporting billing, customer, financial, or operational systems (preferred)\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other project tracking tools
