The Operations team is seeking a dynamic new colleague to support the reporting needs of our most complex clients through launching and maintaining the Addepar portfolio accounting system. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to join a new and growing team, leverage their experience, and add value to our firm in an outsized way.\nEssential Functions/Responsibilities:\nGenerates monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for our private client and institutional relationships\nProduces custom business-segment and/or firm analytics for managerial reporting on a regular or ad-hoc basis\nAnalyzes and interprets relevant investment data, including portfolio positions, transactions, and performance\nDevelops, communicates, and/or expounds reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders\nTroubleshoots any reporting or operational process errors, then propose and implement solutions\nManages projects to create or improves reporting content and/or advance strategic business goals\nProvides support, innovation, and project consultation for multiple business segments\nAbility to draw own conclusions, articulate positions, communicate key messages, make recommendations, and influence in a team\nDevelops industry insights through proactive networking, conference attendance, and independent research\nPerforms other duties of a similar or related level and assists with special projects as necessary or assigned.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred\n2+ years of analyst or operations experience\n2+ years of direct experience with FactSet (PA3, SPAR, IRN, etc.,)\nExperience producing attribution and risk reporting in support of US and International equity and fixed income products\nStrong Excel knowledge working with large data sets\nExtremely detail-oriented\nExcellent client service focus and high touch experience required\nDemonstrated ability to proactively problem solve employing independent judgment in decision-making\nStrong organization and time-management skills\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to work under pressure with multiple priorities and a sense of urgency\nAbility to meet time-sensitive deadlines and work effectively and efficiently in a very fast paced, dynamic work environment\nAbility to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changes and complete last-minute requests as needed\nDemonstrated aptitude for numbers and quantitative proficiency\nAbility to handle highly sensitive client information with discretion\nAbility to work in office five days weekly\nDesired Qualifications:\nPrior experience within the financial services industry\nExperience with Tableau\nExperience with Snowflake and/or SQL\nKnowledge of Advent Software or other portfolio management systems\nExperience with Client or Firm Reporting\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., H-1B , O-1, F-1 (OPT), TN, or any other non-immigrant visa classifications that require employer support or sponsorship).\nMD Salary: $78-$90k. Commensurate with experience and location.
