The role provides financial and contract support, including monitoring, compliance, and documentation. This position helps with cost and rate development and maintains updated project records. The role generally provides assistance with more complex assignments and is expected to contribute to overall project success with assigned tasks. Our ideal candidate will proactively partner with Project Managers and other members of the project team to help monitor and coordinate projects from start to finish. This position supports projects in our Midwest region.\nResponsibilities\nProvide contract support which includes monitoring, compliance, and documentation.\nAssist in cost and rate development and maintain updated project records.\nProvide invoice and progress reporting support to the project management team.\nSupport the processing and management of subcontracts and purchase orders.\nExecute coding and processing of subcontractor and vendor invoices.\nProvide billing collections assistance as required.\nMaintain and manage contractual and financial project documentation.\nMonitor and report on project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholder.\nAssist in project closeout processes ensuring project requirements are met.\nFlexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.\nMentorship\nMay provide mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to help less experienced team members develop their skills and grow within their roles.\nSkills and Competencies\nPossess technical aptitude to utilize internal/external computer systems and/or software.\nUnderstanding of contract and subcontract management procedures.\nProficiency in project documentation, invoicing, and reporting.\nAbility to assist with project maintenance including cost and rate development.\nExperience\nTypically requires a minimum of 2 years of Project Support or related experience\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
