This role is ideal for a well-rounded technologist who can operate across multiple technical domains, contribute to platform strategy, and support a diverse application and infrastructure landscape.\nThis individual will play a critical role in modernizing our build and deployment ecosystem, bridging legacy on-premise tooling with modern cloud-native solutions in Azure.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and evolve CI/CD pipelines across hybrid environments (on-prem and Azure)\nLead modernization efforts for build and deployment infrastructure, transitioning from legacy tooling toward scalable cloud-based platforms\nEngineer and maintain Azure IaaS and platform services supporting enterprise workloads\nIntegrate and optimize tools including Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub Enterprise (GHE), and Azure-hosted services\nCollaborate cross-functionally with:Cloud engineering\nSecurity and compliance\nDeveloper tools and application teams\n\nBuild and enhance secure, resilient, and scalable CI/CD environments\nDevelop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts to reduce manual operations\nServe as a technical generalist and escalation point, capable of working across multiple technology stacks\nContribute to architecture decisions, standards, and best practices across cloud and DevOps domains\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly:Azure IaaS (VMs, networking, storage)\nIdentity and access (Entra ID / Azure AD)\nCore infrastructure services\n\nDeep understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices\nHands-on experience with: Jenkins (pipeline development and management)\n Artifact repositories (Nexus or equivalent)\n Git-based platforms (GitHub Enterprise preferred)\n\nProven expertise in scripting and automation, such as:PowerShell\nPython\nBash\n\nExperience supporting hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)\nStrong troubleshooting and systems-level thinking skills\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM)\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)\nExposure to DevSecOps practices and secure pipeline design\nExperience integrating with security tooling and controls\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and governance\nExperience working across multiple technology stacks (not siloed)\n Salary Range\nNJ: $100,000 - $145,000 base salary + annual target bonus\nBBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing.
