The Protect Pillar is a unique BBH-construct designed for clear, centralized and coordinated accountability: to protect against physical and logical security risks; to safeguard stakeholder assets; and to detect, prepare for, and respond effectively to security events. To that end, the Protect Pillar encompasses the following areas:\nCybersecurity;\nEnterprise Data Protection and Data Governance;\nEnterprise Incident Management;\nGlobal Security; \nTechnology and Engineering; \nInformation Security Management (“ISM”); and \nProgram and Projects \nGiven that technology is an integral component of the Pillar’s control measures and a key asset to safeguard, the Protect Pillar sits within BBH’s Systems organization.\nMain areas of responsibilities:\nReporting to the Head of Program and Projects for the Protect Pillar, this role is responsible for:\nAnalyzing data and generating insights to support program execution, risk reporting, and senior stakeholder presentations\nPreparing reporting packages for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc presentations to oversight committees\nSupporting pillar-level operational reporting and analysis (e.g., budget, headcount, contract management, training)\nCapturing minutes and key takeaways for select initiatives (e.g., tabletop exercises)\nDriving execution of cross-departmental projects and initiatives and tracking\nCreating pillar-level reporting on progress and execution for major initiatives, to include tracking risks, dependencies, and blockers\nActing as liaison between departments and execution teams\nFacilitating stakeholder engagement with department/group managers\nRequirements:\nBA or Equivalent\n5+ Years of Cyber Security or consulting experience\nProficiency with data analysis and visualization\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nExperience in program management and project management\nExperience working within a Financial Services firm\nStrong proficiency with MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook\nDemonstrated understanding of project management principles, tools and techniques\nCompetency working with project management software (e.g., CA PPM, MS Project) to build and manage schedules, project financials and dashboard reporting.\nKnowledge of Cyber Security and Information Security concepts and initiatives (e.g., firewalls, threat intelligence and detection, data loss prevention, access provisioning, configuration management)\nDemonstrated planning, organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nExperience prioritizing and executing tasks in a dynamic environment\nNice to have attributes:\nExperience working within a Big 4 or boutique consulting environment is a plus\n Salary Range\nNJ: $110,000-$160,000 base salary + annual target bonus\nBBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing.
